IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING FREE DELIVERY

Due to the cost of gas, we have temporarily suspended our FREE Delivery program as of March 13, 2022.

A delivery fee of $2.00 will be applied to all deliveries. (This fee will be in addition to any fees for Delivery under $25.)

Local delivery on purchases over $25 (before tax)

All orders over $25 (before tax and delivery fee) are eligible for delivery within Kitchener, Waterloo and Breslau.

Delivery outside KW

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of Kitchener, Waterloo, or Breslau. This includes delivery to Cambridge and surrounding areas.

We are also unable to ship products.

Same day delivery is available Monday to Saturday, weather depending.

* We do not deliver on Sundays. Any delivery orders received on Sunday will be delivered the following day.

Delivery orders must be placed before 4:30PM to receive same day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00PM will be pushed to the next available delivery day.

Occasionally, we may have an opportunity to deliver earlier in the day. If this happens, we will contact you ahead of time to ensure you can receive the delivery.

In the event we cannot deliver on the day of your order, we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery the following day.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver at a specific time of day.


Bad weather

We cannot guarantee same day delivery during bad weather.

We will try our best to get your order to you, but if weather conditions are poor, we may have to push your delivery to the next available delivery day.

You will be notified if your delivery is postponed due to bad weather.

Please keep this in mind when ordering pet food, particularly during winter months, to ensure your pet has enough food to last until your delivery arrives.


Delivery payment

We can accept Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) over the phone or cash paid upon delivery.

If you would like to pay with a Debit card or by TAP / Apple Pay, you have to visit our retail location to pay in person.

Unfortunately, we cannot process Visa Debit cards over the phone.


Delivery Completion

Delivery to houses

We will drop the order at your front door or another requested location outside the building. We cannot enter your home. Once the order has been delivered, it will be your responsibility to bring it inside. At your request, we can call ahead to inform you that your delivery in on route.

Delivery to apartments

We will call upon arrival and ask that you meet us at the front door or another location outside the building. We will complete the delivery when you meet our driver outside the building. We cannot enter the apartment building, including the foyer. If no response is received to our phone call, no delivery will be made and we will contact you to reschedule.

Please note: if you are expecting a call for a delivery, it will be from an unrecognized name and number on your delivery day. (The call will NOT display as CB Pet Food & Supplies.) Please answer any unrecognized phone calls if you are expecting our delivery. If no response is received, your delivery will not be completed.


Delivery Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns during deliveries.

If you purchased a product from us, it must be brought to our physical store for return.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Product

Once a delivery has been made, we are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
