Your pets are welcome to join you, especially when looking for items that require sizing (and we’d be happy to see them!) Please be mindful of other customers when shopping with your pet or as a group.
Please maintain physical distancing with staff and other customers while inside the store.

Masked Shopping By Appointment
For anyone uncomfortable shopping without a mask, we’re offering limited, in-store, masks required shopping after 5:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesday by appointment only.
How does it work?
Call us at (519) 893-3743 and request masked shopping on either Monday or Tuesday. We’ll take down your name, phone number and the date you will be shopping with us. On that day, after we close the store at 5:00 PM, we’ll open it for anyone who made an appointment with us. Customers who make an appointment need to arrive for 5:00 PM. Once all customers have exited the store, scheduled customers will be allowed entry.
– we cannot schedule shopping for specific times or days outside of Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:00 PM
– if no scheduled customers arrive by 5:15 PM, the store will be closed regardless of appointments; appointments will have to be rescheduled by the customer (if you cannot make your appointment, please let us know)
– while customers are in the store, we will remain open until 6:00 PM, at the latest, or until all customers have exited, whichever occurs first
– if no appointments are scheduled, the store will close at it’s regular closing time
– there may be other customers in the store but masks will be required for everyone; customers without appointments may be allowed in the store provided they are wearing a mask; all staff will be wearing masks
– this program is subject to change or cancellation at our discretion without notice
Contactless curbside pickup is available for all products we sell.

Please allow for physical distancing while we place your products in your vehicle. Employees will be wearing masks while doing carry-outs.
Preferred Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are preferred:
- TAP enabled Debit Card
- TAP enabled Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
- Apple Pay enabled device (phone, watch, etc.)
- Credit Card over the phone / force entered
NOTE: Most Credit Cards have TAP functionality built in even if you are unaware of it.

Reduction in Staff and Hours
With the changes to our operation comes a reduction in our staff. As a result, we have also reduced our hours of operation. We are open the following days and hours:
Delivery temporary measures
We are still delivering, including local delivery on orders over $25 (before tax.) All products are available for delivery.

Delivery to houses
We will drop the product at your door or another requested location OUTSIDE the building. We will not enter your home nor interact with you directly. Once the item has been delivered, it will be your responsibility to bring it inside. At your request, we can call ahead to inform you that your delivery in on route.
Delivery to apartments
We will drop the product at your apartment building’s front door or another requested location OUTSIDE the building. We will not enter the apartment building, including the foyer, nor will we interact with you directly. We will call ahead to ensure you are home and ask that you wait for us at the front door. If no response is received to our call, no delivery will be made and we will contact you to reschedule.
Once a delivery has been made, we are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
Our stock and supply
We are experiencing shortages on numerous products throughout our store. We are doing our best to keep this website up to date as availability changes.
If a product has been unavailable to us for more than two weeks, we will change the product listing on our website to “Temporarily Unavailable.” Unfortunately, we almost never know when a product will return.
If you would like to be notified when an unavailable product becomes available again, please contact us at (519) 893-3743 and we’ll take down your information.
Products that have returned to our shelves will be updated as we receive them. Our Available Again page lists products that have recently returned.
